I am a multidisciplinary contemporary artist, specialising in painting, sculpture, and site-specific installations. My work explores the relationship between both textures and the natural environment and how they can create a link between people and the landscape. This is portrayed throughout my work through my use and selection of materials and production methods.
My work focusses on and explores the raw appearance textures can have within nature and the many forms they can hold. This includes a deep passion for the tactile, visual, and audible aspects of nature and its interaction with humans. I am also passionate and interested in the way a space can be inhabited and used by individuals. Also, the relationship between both personal and communal spaces and the crossovers which come from this very personal aspect of interaction.
